In the Bag
2 water bottles - 1 for drinking - 1 for hosing down your feet
2 small towels - 1 to stand on when you hose down your feet - 1 to dry
2 garbage bags (to cover clothes, in case it rains)
Swim Goggles
Tri-Suit (Quick Dry Bra) Bathing Suit
Wet Suit (if you are using one)
Running Shoes
Sunglasses
Bike Helmet
Bike (don't forget this!)
Sunscreen
Socks
Racing Belt
Hat
Gels or Bars (remember don't change anything on race day)
Bike Gloves
After the Race
Have warm clothes in a separate bag ready to put on after race
Pack some food and water for afterwards as well
