One Full-Day of Private/Small Group Triathlon Coaching

It's worth scheduling a day off of work for 8 hours of full-on private or shared triathlon coaching. Your day starts at 7 am sharp with Certified Triathlon Coach Paul Johnston and his custom Boogie Box trailer at your service. Whether you want to break your day up into the three elements of triathlon, or just focus on one or two segments, our schedule is customized to fit your needs.

Open water swimming is can be one of the biggest hurdles for new and seasoned triathletes. Let's face it, Canada isn't really known for its beaches, warm weather and water sports, so it is not surprising that we don't spend a lot of time lake swimming.

Hire a Coach for a day and gain the experience you need to feel more comfortable in the lake. Stroke technique, wet suit practice, marking the buoys, and solid tips for entering and exiting the water are all part of the triathlon swim experience. Whether you have a favorite spot to swim, or if a trip to Pefferlaw, Cobourg or Peterborough are on your radar, the freedom and luxury of the Boogie Box is at your service. It is great for hauling gear and serves as a convenient place to get suited up for your day or to take a well deserved break.

Riding techniques can be taught using our regular course from Whitby Recreation Centre, from the downtown Cobourg Park, or for that matter, anywhere you want to bike from, the Boogie Box can be there.

At the end of your training day, you will receive a complete written breakdown of all the instruction you received. This will help you remember what you can do to improve as well as remember how far you have come!

Hire a Coach for a Day, can be done on an individual basis or in groups of up to three people.

Full-Day Fees:
$175 + gas per day for one person
$125 each + gas per day for two
$100 each + gas per day for three
Lunch is included.

A full-day is 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Weekdays only.
