PAUL JOHNSTON - YOU ARE AN IRONMAN
At my first IRONMAN in Lake Placid, when the race announcer said "Paul Johnston from Whitby Ontario – You are an IRONMAN!” a dream had come true for me. All that hard work and effort had finally paid off! Being coached by another athlete who had specific knowledge of all the planning and training it takes to finish an IRONMAN was paramount in helping me reach my goals.
IRON MOTIVATION to me, is about more than the competitions themselves; it’s about the commitment and energy that is put in well before you ever reach the finish line. For me, having a balanced lifestyle helps keep me motivated and inspired to continue on and embrace all of my sports-minded passions! Iron Motivation started with the desire to help others reach the same goals, great physical accomplishments balanced with life and the unique strengths of each athlete.
I am very proud of the athletes I have the honour of coaching and extremely proud of all the individualized programs created to help ensure their successes. Simply said, at IRON MOTIVATION we help make your dreams come true!
Paul has competed in and completed IRONMAN LAKE PLACID, IRONMAN FLORIDA, IRONMAN CANADA and in 2008 IRONMAN ARIZONA.
